No. It's not too early. America isn't the only place in the world, in a lot of countries, Christmas is the next holiday, and as it's probably the biggest deal western holiday, it's perfect time to start! I love Christmas so much!!

Yes and no.

Yes because I love Christmas. I look forward to it every year, and it is a great holiday!

No because even though some countries do not celebrate Thanksgiving, I feel it is still too early. I usually help set up the tree a few days after Thanksgiving. One of my teachers actually said something about this a week ago about the topic, he said something like, " No, no! This isn't how it's supposed to work, it's Thanksgiving first and then Christmas!" Sure, maybe a few days before or after Thanksgiving, but no earlier than that.

I kind of see Thanksgiving as a middle holiday since you don't decorate for it like you would Halloween or Christmas, it's mostly based around getting together and eating (and sports i guess but I dont care for them.) I can definitely understand it seeming too early if it starts before Thanksgiving, and admittedly I'm not exposed to a lot of it because i don't go shopping often or listen to the radio, so while people get sick of it before December even starts im all hyped up by the time it does.

Maybe I'm just overly festive, everything involving Christmas makes me excited so I guess getting that excitement early isn't bad for me heh.

I'm not really into festive clothing, but that's a really cute shirt you have on there. I begrudge early Christmas, not because of anyone's happiness or appreciation for the festive season, but I work in retail, so Christmas for us starts in July. That's a lot of Christmas to deal with up until Christmas, and by then I'm sick of it. But I really do like watching holiday movies and listening to songs, and the cookies and trees of course. It's a fun holiday. But the commercialism ruins it for me.
