Could it be possible that you have nearby connection on, for your 3ds? No wifi is needed for this. Anybody nearby you (in person) could get into your town if you put the street pass thing on i believe, if i'm not mistaken.

Excuse me for thinking crazy, lol. But is your internet connection safe? And secure? This sounds really unusual. The only way possible to get in, THAT I AM GUESSING is by someone getting through to your internet, and controlling the "tony" character on a separate device, such as a computer to *** sht up. Yes, there are 3DS emulators out there. With the way technology is, I'd be damned if someone says this is far-fetched. People do some stupid stuff, let alone on someone else's game that they worked hard on. Kinda cruel.
