does anyone know where can we file a complaint to nintendo?

Seriously? A complaint to nintendo? You guys are making this way worse than it needs to be.

Agreed. I don't wanna sound mean, but I kinda think she is fishing for items. Also;
Why would you have the alpine set if you had just reset?
Why don't you put bells in the ATM?
How do you have so many hybrids if you just reset?

Like what are they gonna do? It's not like they can just magically replace your items. You got your items stolen? Boo-hoo. I'm sure you can get everything back on here for less than a few hundred bells (which is easy to make), or maybe somebody will just kindly get the items for you. Like seriously, I could get you back everything that got stolen *free of charge*.Honey, I've had far worse happen to me but I didn't make it sound like somebody just bricked my game.

Marzipan begged for me to keep my town open, as she was glitching around and stuff like that even if she was glitching, why would you keep the gates open knowing a complete stranger had entered your town without permission?

I think I can understand contacting them if someone was able to visit your town without being on your list, but they can't really do anything about your stolen items. If Nintendo was contacted for every scam, theft, and really any bad wifi experience, they wouldn't get anything done.

Hmm... Maybe she bought them or won them in a giveaway...
Although TBH, I haven't heard of any hack that lets you to into a person's town if you haven't registered them.
Then again, I never heard of a glitch that lets you change other people's paths into butts, either.

Wait wait wait... How do you get "banned" from your 3Ds? I know about getting banned from Miiverse but not from the 3Ds altogether! I'm pretty sure you didn't get grounded by your parents or something, :P

Girl, you need to chill. I have rejected every item offered to me.
1. I bought it off of here.
2. I was pushing those specific ones aside for a order.
3. I got my friend to hold my stuff while I reset.

Yeah, I got grounded. I call it banned, though.

I'm not trying to contact them. They are...
I'm actually just about to halt it.

Now, listem.
We are not contacting Nintendo over a little thing like this.
This can easily be resolved here. No need to take it into proffesional grounds.

Exactly.

I don't believe that he was able to enter with nobody added to your list. That has never happened in any AC game before and never will happen.

Look, I don't know. It could've just been a glitch.

I just want to say something out here.
I'm just posting this for warning of this thief, or whatever he is.
I don't know what happened, if it was a glitch or a hacker or what.
Don't expect me to know how exactly tony got in.
I'm not professional at all when it comes to stuff like this.

This is what I think you should do from now on:

When you just invite friends over to hang out (and are not buying, selling or giving away or anything that needs to be saved) when you have to go, don't end the session, just flip the switch. That way if something was stolen, it's recovered and nothing else was lost because no items were exchanged. You just had fun, and there's no need to save for just that.
If someone wants to shop, it has to be a the very beginning of the session so no one has had the chance to steal, and EVERYONE has to go to Main Street. After they're done, save, and resume.

It wouldn't have been a glitch. It's more likely a lie told by you to make the boring story of being stolen from more interesting.

Excuse me, sir. I never lie and I have no purpose to lie.
If you are not interested, then just leave the forum.

Will do.
I was just tired and lazy and really wasn't aware of what could happen.
I'll be more safe next time.

The bold was a direct quote from your original post. The point I'm trying to make is that you saw this stranger walk into town, in fact there is a prior warning when someone visits. Even though your friend was glitching, you left the gates open because she begged you to do so which gave Tony the opportunity to steal your stuff.

I know it was... No need to point it out.
I know. I'm saying this again. I was tired and lazy and wasn't aware of what could happen. I couldn't be bothered and it was a ridiculous thing to do. I'll be more safe next time.
