Buying Tomodachi Life Spotpass Items

I wasnt sure where else to look for any but this place was the best to start

Im looking for all the spotpass tems up to the final sailor uniform (i have that) but im not sure what to do

does anybody know how to gain these, how to travel or if they have them?
