April 16th can't come soon enough! I tried to keep it spoiler free, but I did see a few things. And I'm really excited to design and try everything. I want to create a Doodlebob abomination if it's possible lol.

I am still not sure if I want this game. I can totally see the appeal but somehow I wonder if my interest in playing will drop super fast. Never played the first installment - only saw other people play. I love how unhinged it is tho.

I'm actually thinking about getting this game if I can. I have a lot going on at the moment but it seems like a game that might hold my interest.

I'm so excited for the game! I loved watching the shenanigans unfold on my island in Tomodachi Life (Sans and Markiplier's marriage and eventual divorce comes to mind) and I'm incredibly grateful for the option for a Mii to be non-binary and/or aromatic. I am curious if there's going to be any significant difference between each regional release. It will be fun to see!

This game will be my birthday gift to myself. It comes out almost an entire week before my birthday. The only other game that is coming out this year I plan to get is the second part of the FF VII Remake.

I just got done moving a few of my Miis from both my NA and JP Tomodachi Life games. Can't wait to have them talk to one another, along with some fresh new faces that I'm currently making.

I didn't play the previous one on the 3DS but Living the Dream got my interest from the first trailer. I planned to get this game someday, ideally at a lower price because the current one is too high for my liking. And I have so many other games that I need to finish! But now I'm going to play the demo and I'm so sure that then I will have the urge to buy this game sooner. Ohh they know what they are doing

By loving them do you mean recreating them? Or is there a way to move Miis from the 3DS to Switch?

I’m not good at making Miis it’s going to be a pain if I need to make them all from scratch…

You can move miis over from the 3DS by registering a Mii on an Amiibo figurine or Amiibo cards (it works, I tried it this morning).

You go to the settings at the top screen of the 3DS. The Amiibo setting is at the bottom of it.

You are taken to the menu and click on the first option at the top.
I have an older 2DS and 3DS so I'm using the 3DS NFC reader and writer.

Forgot to take it connecting to the thing. So here's my 2DS doing it.

I have already done this amiibo. But you can always register a new one.

Then you save it.

Then you go to the Switch's Mii maker

I heard that if you don't unlock the clothes shop and buy the outfit. You can continue to play the game. I wish I found that out sooner.

It must be true, because I have seen some folks miis already having crushes on each other.

Oh my gosh, thank you soo much for the tutorial!! I had no idea about that.

Luckily I have my NFC reader and some Amiibo cards/Amiibos that I got from my parents’ so I’ll be able to do this.
I was struggling so hard trying to think of a Mii to create yesterday haha

For the clothing store, at what point is it unlocked? I haven’t gotten there yet so I may try to avoid it so I can play longer…
Edit: okay, I saw online 1. Don’t create a 3rd Mii if you haven’t already 2. Don’t give clothing after unlocking the clothes shop.
I haven’t gotten there yet, but maybe if you avoid 2. it’s okay to add a 3rd Mii still but don’t check the 1st Mii’s problem after that??

The Miis will no longer go out of their houses once you finish the demo. No more money and fuzzies. So as long as you avoid the clothes shop, you'll get to see them interact.

I was so excited, I just kept playing until I reached the end of the demo. And now my residents are on house arrest until release day.

I am thinking of deleting my save so I could play again, but I have to make the Miis from scratch again. And I already love the ones I made.

I tried to log back onto my game and was immediately pushed off it with an error screen (I finished the demo). At first I thought something was wrong with my Switch until I made another save on another account. It worked.
