Kinda interested in this, but has Nintendo of America officially confirmed it yet?

NOA didn't officially confirmed it yet but according Nintendo's financial reports, Iwata is actually planning to bring this series in overseas.

Time will tell us if they're going to "directly" localize the game or undergo with so many changes it becomes a game of its own (like Elite Beat Agents spawning from the Ouendan franchise). So far with my Japanese version, I enjoyed this game for what it does.
