Buying Togepi egg collectible

As the title says, I would like to start collecting Togepi eggs collectibles.
I've never bought a collectible before, and I don't have a huge amount of TBT (though I did try to sell villagers to get more but it's been kind of hard lately).

Since I'm a noob when it comes to collectibles (I don't even know if I'm supposed to spell them 'collectibles' or 'collectables'), I refered to Lassy's guide, which states that Togepi eggs are generally sold for 1k-1.5k TBT.

If you want to help me out for the very beginning of my collection, and sell me a Togepi egg for a decent price, that would be lovely. I'm not going over 1.5k I'm afraid, but I guess I can do 1.5k...only have enough to buy one at the moment though.
