I woke up remembering today was supposed to be my high school graduation, and I thought I’d just enjoy the day by unwinding. I got on AC thinking I’d play for like 20 minutes and call it a day. But then I saw that the Able Sisters was selling the graduation gown, so I took it as a sign that I should be celebrating.
I decided to search online for a cap to go with the gown, and was given the cap, but then a few other people were kind enough to send over a diploma and 100k bells as a gift. As a result, I knew I had to try and find a way and celebrate.
I decided to start with setting up a picture with my villagers. I made my school’s logo, a “class of 2020” sign, and gave my villagers a bunch of fancy outfits while I fiddled with the camera position and lighting. What was supposed to be a 20 minute endeavor escalated to a 3 hour one instead (that logo was brutally hard to make), but the end result made me so happy!
I’m also thinking about doing a few other things like perhaps a giveaway of some form as thanks for all this incredibly kind community has done for me, but I’m not really sure what I have to give out just yet. If you all have any other fun ideas to celebrate this occasion, please shoot a suggestion!
I‘m planning to make an Instagram post later today featuring an image of myself in my cap & gown IRL and put it side by side with this image, but I thought you all should get the first look at my AC graduation picture!
