today is Pentecost / Whitsunday. is tomorrow a holiday where you live?

I don't think the day after Pentecost sunday has ever been a holiday in the USA,
but was wondering if it's still a bank / public holiday as i've heard in some other nations??

here nobody really does anything for it either,
are there customs where you live for Pentecost to mark the end of Eastertide season and the commencement of summer?

I work in a bank and tomorrow is not a holiday for me. That said nowadays a lot of banks don't recognize some holidays, and it varies bank to bank.

Never even heard of it. It's definitely not celebrated in the UK, both Pentecoast and Mondya, at least to my knowledge.

Today used to be a holiday up until 2005 I think here until they changed it so 6th June (our national day) is instead. Pretty meh because 6th can be any weekday and today is always a monday? weird choice.

but yeah sunday is pentecost day or whatever so ya.
