To get a perfect town, you need 10 DIFFERENT projects? Or just any 10?

I have 8 street lamps, a fountain, a bridge, and 9 houses. Still underdeveloped. So...Do I need ten different projects or what? That was never specified or implied.

I thought I read something a while back about the perfect town rating depends on how many "points" you have from town projects. certain things are worth more points, but I know the garbage can is worth negative points and I think things like the faceboard and signs arent worth any points.

or maybe just the bridge isnt counting? build one more thing!
