Tips for paths designs

Does anyone know how to make a turning path

I'm not quite sure what you mean, do you mean one that has borders and can go in different directions? I'm pretty sure people draw the same thing over and over and then just put the borders in different corners or sides.
Otherwise I'm not totally sure what you mean.
