Hello Awesome Forum!

I know that time travelling forwards gives us a new day; new stock in shops, growing plants, new fossils and money rock, etc. However, I am not 100% sure on what going back in time does to my town and residents. Can someone clear this up for me?

Thanks,
Mouse.

Going back in time will cause everything to progress one day forward. If someone said they were going to move in 5 days, and you time traveled backwards 4 days, their moving date will go from 5 down to 4. No matter how much time you travel backwards, it will always result in a one day advance. Also I don't think time travelling backwards will produce a new rock or new plants, instead the plants you watered will become un-watered but the stock in shops will refresh. Bushes and trees won't grow by a stage either. And I'm not entirely sure but I think the mail you send won't get mailed to your neighbors. Public Works however will be completed if you paid them off

Also all turnips will rot

And I'm not entirely sure but I think the mail you send won't get mailed to your neighbors.

To help out: The mail will get sent, but you will only receive a response once you've traveled another day forward.

In addition to the effects of TTing backwards besides turnips:
  • If you have snowmen, they will disappear, and your bingo card will expire
  • Villagers will start calling you a time-traveler, which I think is pretty danged cool (as opposed to flower fan or bellpincher)
  • I hear it can also affect turnip prices (like never getting a spike), but I'm not entirely sure about this

...and that's it. o 3o/
