Time Traveling and Cycling...... O---O ?!

So I am going to reset my first town Bonbon (which is a nightmare T--T), because I want to cycle through my vilagers, give people some dreamies away, and reset..

But yesterday evening I got frustrated since no one was pinging me, and I time travelled a year forward... to my surprise NO ONE left *-* and there was a new villager too! xD (nine villagers total) I then leaped another year *--*
and I was back to 8, but same villagers.


How come no one left during the time? It is kind of reassuring to know that, because when school will come, I will probably have to take from ACNL ^^;

If you are cycling to get villagers into boxes and not worried about your town, what I do in my cycling town is when someone is in boxes, tt a year, then tt another year,then tt 5 days, someone new will be in boxes and someone will have moved in.

It has been posted here and when I decided to use my second game as a cycling town I tried it and it works great. Be prepared for lots of flower, weeds and clovers LOL
