Time of day most villagers are outside?

Is there a certain time of day that most of your villagers will be outside at once? Or is it random and alternating?

I know that the time of day that villagers are asleep depends on their personalities! (For example, uchis tend to sleep in late and stay up later) but generally, during normal hours like noon-8pm, I think all of them have a chance of being outside! And that part I think is totally random.
