Time Capsule HELP!

I buried a time capsule for Tangy, and today she asked for it back. The only thing is, I forgot where I buried it! I've looked EVERYWHERE and can't find it. Would it have just disappeared?

No, it shouldn't have but it also wouldn't be marked with a star....
What I do when I'm asked to bury a time capsule is bury it right behind the villager who asked me's house so I remember where it is.

No it should be right where you left it, I usually bury mine right by their house so it's safe and I know where it is. I would check behind houses and stuff. And if you have a Police Station in case something moved on top of it, I am not sure if they end up there, but everything else does.

I always bury time capsules beside their houses so I can find them later.

Been there and done that! I always leave the space just in front of their little name plaque on their house open for this reason now.

Like the others have said, it's always best to bury a time capsule right by their house.

That way you don't have to agonize over where it is, lol.
