Tier 4's And 5's That You Adore

I saw someone mention Cheri and she's one of my permanents, I love her! But surely she can't be tier 4 or 5? I guess I always just assumed she'd be as popular with everyone as she is with me.
 
Most of the villagers I like are low tier, but if I had to pick a favorite it would be Sparro. He was in my first town and I didn't like him at first but the more and more I talked to him, I became more attached to him. I can't imagine my town without Sparro.

Puck is another tier 5 I really love. He's so adorable and I don't get the hate on penguins. I think they're some of the cutest animals in the game and definitely the funniest.

Celia is amazing as well. She was very kind and one of my starters. Sadly she's gone now. But she was my best friend while still here and I got her picture to remember her by~

I think Agent S is a tier 4. She was a lot of fun and kinda creepy, but it added to her charm. She again is gone though but I definitely enjoyed her while she was here.

And lastly I love Ed. Ten times better than Julian IMO. He was in my old town along with another cool dude, Vladimir. I forget what tier Ed is but I doubt he's above 3.

Last one who comes to mind is Puddles. She was a total joy and one of the sweeter peppy characters I ever had. She and lily are probably the cutest frogs in the game too haha.

I like many and most of them but these are the guys who stand out in my mind x3

I have two tier 4 villagers and one tier 5 villager in my town. Apple and Tammy are my faves. Apple is this ball on energy that looks really creepy and I just love it. Plus her name is Apple and my town's native fruit are apples so it's perfect. Tammy is like the super chill and tomboy best friend that will protect you from anything that will harm you and who loves you no matter what. It's really cute. Hamphrey is this grumpy ball that just makes everything funny. He's tough on the outside but a sweetheart on the inside. I love them all and they will forever have a home in my town ~
 
I've got Peanut and Mint in my GC town and love them. As far as NL goes, Frobert was one of my starters; I didn't think much of him at first, but he grew on me. I invited both Rolf and Caroline from my campsite and I can't imagine I'd ever let either of them go. I'm also looking to pick up Aurora and Deli. Not to mention, there are countless other ones that I like that I haven't had in my town before.
 
The moment Hans moved in, I was attached. I never want him to leave. <3 I was so surprised to see how low tier he was!! I think he's the best gorilla villager!

The main two are Walker and Bones. I think Bones doesn't get the love he needs. It's a good thing Walker is gaining popularity.
 
cube is easily my favorite villager and i'm kind of surprised he isn't more popular, but that's probably just me! i also like dotty, teddy, jeremiah, timbra, and ribbot!

Ava and Astrid

Ava brings back childhood memories of me playing AC for the gamecube. I loved her when I was little. And Astrid just because her design is unique and tacky lol I love it

Blacnhe, Peggy, Paula, and Timbra are all dreamies of mine. I considered having Charlise as well, but I thought it'd be weird to have two uchi bears.
