It's rude to commit to something and agree to a price and then at the last minute tell me that my price is too high. If you weren't going to pay 8mil, you shouldn't have pm'd me saying you would. I would've negotiated with you but I'm not going from 8 to 1mil and some flowers.

Alright. I will pay the 8 mil. I'm just saying it's extremely overpriced. I've gotten marina for free, and Whitney for 700k off of here. I'm just saying you look incredibly greedy asking for 8 mil for a villager who isn't even top tier.

And I do not owe you a villager for free, I don't even know you. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. Don't come on my thread and tell me I am greedy, that is extremely rude.

That's not "coming across as rude", that's being rude. If you just said "I can pay X bells" then I might have said ok. Take this as a lesson on trading etiquette.
