Selling Tia the Normal Elephant

I'm actually not sure of what prefix to use for this, but since I'm asking for bells, I thought 'selling' would be fitting.

Tia the adorable Normal Teapot elephant is moving!

The only catch is that I require 1 mil bells for her, no more no less.
I need bells to work on my town, I don't need anymore than that.

Tia has her original catchphrase and clothes. Her house has her original items as well (so far, hopefully she doesn't change D: ).

EDIT for clarification:

Instead of just selling her upfront to the 1st person who replies, I will be taking down names of people who are interested in her.

By 12pm on the 27th (my timezone: GMT+8), I will pick one person who would be able to purchase her. This is the only person who will be paying the 1 mil bells.

Those who expressed interest in her but were not picked would not need to pay anything.

If you're looking for bells, why bother with a raffle? You might as well simply sell/auction her instead teasing people with a raffle... where the winner has to pay for her. Raffles, least from what I know them to be, are supposed to be FREE.

I wanted to give people a chance to get her, not just those who are online at that moment.
Which is why I decided to draw a name from a bunch of people who would like her.

I'm sorry I don't know another word I could use for that, besides 'raffle'. Lucky draw?
