Tia (one of my original five) is moving out this Friday, April 10th and I wanted to let anyone, who may be interested, have the opportunity to have her.

One side note: I did alter her catch phrase to "butterfuk". The only reason for this is because I'm a moron. That is all.

There is no need to have all the bells up front. Just give me as much as much as you can upfront as a sort of payment of trust, you talk to Tia, Tia moves to your town, you give me the rest and we call it even. =D
