100tbt usually equals about 10mil and Tia is only a tier 2 villager, with buyouts at about 2-10mil.

So I'm happy to offer 80tbt! With some cedar saplings (10+) thrown in.

I'm not too aware of the tbt prices of villagers, but 80 tbt with some cedars sounds great!
