Giveaway Tia is Moving Out!!!!

I have a second town I'd been cycling for awhile, but then I went on a trip and haven't posted or played for about a month, so I thought I should let that thread die and start a new one. I plan to cycle this town till all tier 1s are gone and my friend has adopted Julian (so it'll be awhile, he hasn't had 16 move out yet). Adoptions will be free, first post or PM gets the villager. I'm not holding or taking reservations, Julian is an exception for an IRL friend. So first come, first served.
