Lovely Tia is in boxes in my town and I'm looking to auction her off to a good home. It is midday in my town at time of posting.
She was a dreamie, so her catchphrase, greeting and top have changed, as has her house, which now has a regal dresser and customised classic bed in it.

Starting the bidding at 500k, will accept Kyle or Coco as a buyout.

Also: I figure the re-tail method, from the sounds of it, involves me putting something up in re-tail for 1mil bells and you buying it? because if so that certainly seems like the easiest way to do it.
