Trading Tia is in boxes [Bells and Dreamies ACCEPTED]

Tia is sadly moving out of my town shortly, so I want to give her a nice home.
(She's not completely 100% btw, her shirt and regal lamp is gone)

Accepting bells or any of my dreamies (in my siggy).

1. Need Dreamie proof I won't give her to someone who just wants her for profit;
As I want her to have a permanent home.
2. Do not sell her for profit (bells or trades) As I said before.
3. Pay first, then you may take Tia :c Don't want any messy trades, scams, etc.
4. When inside my town, DO NOT pick any of my hybrids (orchopdowntrees). Worked pretty hard to get those.
5. Whoever gets her, enjoy her~ c:

I don't know what kind of proof you're looking for - I don't draw, so I can only give my word that Tia has always been a dreamie of mine, because I love teapots xD I've never had her in any of my towns and auctions usually go way beyond my current bell possessions.
