What does threaded and hybrid thread displays mean?

Threaded - you can see all posts in a little box on the top of the screen (you see only one post at a time, there are no arrow keys to go through)

Hybrid - almost looks the same o-O (there are arrow keys to go through)

You can click on the post you want to see and it will show that post in both of them
