I can help! For the furniture I think I calculated 75 tbt. 1 for orderables, 2 for non orderables and 3 for Sanrio items. I can do the clothes for 77 tbt! 0 for regular orderables, 1 tbt for exclusive orderables, 2 for non orderables and 3 for Sanrio items!
