Thoughts on upcoming Festivale?

I have a Pave room in my main character's basement that I love - but the festival was so frustrating because I got a least half a dozen of every piece of furniture before I finally got a sofa! I've heard the same complaints from other people, always with a different piece of furniture that for some reason in their game is elusive.

I'm looking forward to it myself; I've never actually experienced Festivale in City Folk. I got fed up with my Wii remote constantly running out of batteries (even with the stronger ones) when I was playing and I just eventually sold my Wii without getting anywhere in city Folk.

I had a look of the Pave furniture online and I really like it, I plan to get it. I also knew about Pave from youtube videos and think he's awesome. From what I've read about New Leaf's version, I am really looking forward to having some fun on Festivale. Also, the outfits are adorable.

I love the outfits the villagers wear! And Pave is great too! I'm just not lucky at getting the feathers I need, though. Maybe better luck this time. ^-^

I saw Festivale in my second town when TTing and found the dancing villagers so sweet, especially my dear Ruby ahah. Will look forward to it on my main town, nice to have these different events (used to the boring repetition of yay day on WW)

feathers fall from the sky during this event right? i know the setup in the plaza won't carry over, but will the feathers show up in a dream?

I don't think so.

I don't like the furniture series... but I'll participate to see them in the costumes and for the feathers.

So far the clothes are cute! And I am looking forward to collecting the feathers, actually. Pave himself, meh. I didnt like him too much in CF.

I've never done Festivale but I have to say those gifs of Pave are terrifying.

I hate the furniture series as well, unfortunately... Are the feathers wearable? ): I'd prefer to just keep the feathers. I remember wearing feathers in WW, I liked that.

All in all, it looks fun, but I'm not in it for the furniture.
