Thoughts on upcoming Festivale?

I'm anticipating the first Festivale that we will be having ever since Animal Crossing New Leaf was first released into the US.

Watching all those youtubers with their Japanese 3DS's playing events in ACNL like the Festivale,April Fools day,and Easter.And at last we get to experience these events ourselves.
What are your thoughts on the upcoming festivale?

I can't wait to see my villagers wearing flamboyant costumes.

feathers fall from the sky during this event right? i know the setup in the plaza won't carry over, but will the feathers show up in a dream?

me too! This is going to be my first festivals and I can't wait :3 I got the game only in dec of last year and all Ive seen was snow so far, can't wait for the grass!

I've never played it in City Folk so I'm anticipating this upcoming event. Although I am disappointed in the ugly furniture that is given out.

Seeing as how I don't like the Pave series furniture, not very much, haha.

Although, the festivale costumes the villagers wear are cute. I still think the way Pave dances is really weird.

Shame on you! What's that supposed to mean? Festivale is the most amazing and colorful freedom of expression I've ever seen and it is amazing! And BTW I'm gay and I really don't appreciate your comment. If you don't have anything nice to say, keep it to yourself. I apologize for my rudeness to anyone here or it's moderators, but that just doesn't sit right with me.

Minus this little upset, I am VERY excited for Festivale! Can't wait for the colorful festivities to begin!

I am almost certainly excited because on 2nd will be my beloved Barold birthday and on 3rd is Festivale!! <33 can't wait to get pave end table to decorate my house!! hehehe~

It's terrifying because it's all fun and nice until you realize the animals are all dancing due to being hypnotized into doing so and not by their own free will. There is no "freedom" except for Pave and your character who's unaffected by this pea****'s "siren song". (well and all the shop characters and etc, but they never have any fun ever anyways so)

How about next time we don't jump to immediate conclusions while being doubly rude about a comment which pretty clearly never gave any actual definite intention of being rude?

In fact while were at it, let's watch our own mouth before we even begin to think about telling others to watch theirs.

Well when I first read it, I didn't know the intent behind it and didn't realize what you meant by "unholy, but yeah that does sound a tad creepy now that you explained it lol! But I will enjoy it regardless of my villagers being gripped by the music

I honestly don't have any problem with people's sexual preferences or gender identity, and I find the very notion that it does offend and disgust people to be very silly, archaic, and non-progressive.

Let people do what they want so long as it isn't hurting anyone, and no "I don't like because Bible says bad" or "its weird so I don't like" doesn't count as hurting anyone.

Cool Yeah my reaction was kinda silly, and I agree with you. I've seen and heard much worse from other people, and it's not necessary.

Festivale is annoying. Love the hairpin. The music and dancing after turning in every feather for an ugly piece of furniture is beyond annoying.

I do like holidays which can require interaction with the villagers. On Bunny Day they just say they saw strange things.

The Festivale clothing is already on sale. For those of you who mainly play at night it is really hard to see what color the feathers are.
It's fun for a short time but gets old quick.

New Leaf is the first AC game I've played so yeah I'm looking forward to it. c:

While ベルリーナ is quite the fab one, I'm not excited for it at all. The outfits/accessories look really dull and amateur.
