I like it. And personally, I love cherries as the native fruit because perfect cherries are really pretty as well as apples and unfortunately I'm stuck with pears because of the town I have now.
I love where the event plaza is because it's right in the middle and also close to the town hall.
There is a lot of open space and you could use that for homes PWPs and all sorts.
And I love your beach! It's a cute little area.
KEEP IT.

Yeah, I also think it's a great town! Cherries are a lovely fruit to have <3

Also, your river is pretty straight, so easy to fish along, Retail close to the station and Town Hall close to the Plaza. Lots of thing you can make real in this town!

+ Big grassy areas = plenty of space to work on
+ The river just about evenly splits the town's land
+ Town hall being close to the event plaza seems fitting
+ Vertical waterfalls are pretty!

- Having Re-Tail far away from the dock may bother you
- That tiny space in the top left may bother you as well
- Your dislike of cherries
- It might be troublesome for you to get to the east beach

omfg..... I'm in love with this map.... if I were you I'd keep it! The placement of the Re-Tail, plaza, and town hall are just yessss

and i like how the land is divided..... and lots of places you can landscape creatively (like, a house on the round area in the bottom part??)

vertical waterfalls are so pretty imo, if I hadn't done so much in my town already I'd reset purely for that haha. bridges that go across vertical waterfalls look really good too. also two ponds are quite rare, you can make them look so nice with tree stumps and bamboo surrounding them

That's basically where my Town hall and Retail are located and I dunno why, but they feel very natural places for them. You could really make the west/south area a housing estate. Especially with the event plaza being close, that area could feel like a true little town. I wish mines wasn't so far away now lol.

That's a nice map. I like how everything is in line and next to each other, the river is simple, you already have three of your starter villagers in one area. The roundish part of the south beach is where the dock is and that must look awesome. But like Folia said, the one ramp for the looooong east beach is a bit annoying to get to unless you put your mayor's house there, which you probably won't. It is close to Retail, though, and the length of it could help for hybrid storage... and keeping things safe from potential thieves ;)

Also, that top-left corner. Unless you have a genius idea for it, it's pretty useless.

Depending on just how bothered you are by cherries being your native, I say go for it. It's a good map.

Maybe you could put a bamboo forest in that "useless" top-left corner. I wish I had a long beach area... and not one, but TWO ponds! Keep your map!

Sorry this is completely unrelated, but how did you upload this photo? I can never seem to find a way to do it XD
Back on topic, I think you have a pretty good map there. I like how the retail is so close to the trainstation, and also those little islands in the south/east part of your town are awesome!! Also I love how the two ponds are so close. Idk why tho XD
