Those small chairs out in the Resident Service area

I am talking about the small chairs that pop up during things like KK concert.. Are those a DYI item or are they not available at all to us? I'd love to have a few for an idea I have but I can't find anything on them.

hmm i actually have seen island tours with chairs like that.. same as cyrus stool where the cushion is customizable
