Do you sometimes find it hard to keep up with them all? Want to just wipe a few but hate to lose all that time and energy, not to mention the accumulated "treasure"? Afraid of what might happen if you leave one idle for a day or two or...? Do they interfere with other things in your real world? I'd appreciate your input, especially from those of you with, say, five or more. I'm currently dealing with eight with another that's inactive and will probably be used if/when one goes south. Also, do you start new with the intention of building something completely different and end up with the same town with different names? 'Tis a puzzlement.

I don't find it hard. I just log into each one at least once a week and I'm fine.

I find it pretty difficult. My main town is Petunia which I've had since the European release date, and it's always been my main. I have the digital version too, with a town called Macaroon, but I haven't even collected one whole furniture set yet...I've had the town for at least two-and-a-half years! I've made paths to go to all the major buildings, but I only have a few PWPs in the town. I want to catch up with it...but I don't feel as dedicated to that town, as I feel for Petunia. At least with the new update I can use an amiibo card and replace Pietro and Bones with a dreamie of mine. I have another cartridge which I use the Powersaves on, and I have at least 4-6 towns on there. Shibuya is one of the main ones, where I have three bridges, all the sweet exterior and four users, instead of just the mayor, but once again things are missing, in this case more PWPs and paths! Mako is my mermaid town, I've done quite a bit of the path which is three-wide and I've had great villagers move there. Shikoku is my Japanese zen-themed town, to replace my third town, Ribbon. It's looking good, I just forget to restore it and visit it! (Oh the weeds..)

I've made other towns like Dream, which is for storing villagers that would move out of Petunia, and Stuff which is for collecting furniture, clothes, tools etc. (I feel sorry for the villagers living there, it looks a complete mess!) At one point I was just creating new towns to enjoy watching what villagers would move in and I was practicing the villager reset trick.

Petunia just comes first for me, whether I make a lovely new town or not. I will focus on getting it the way I want, then I'll definitley try if I can to fix up Macaroon. I just wish I had the time like I used to.

Good luck with your eight towns, I hope you are coping better than me!

mintmaple said "Good luck with your eight towns, I hope you are coping better than me!" Well, we are fairly similar in that my town of Weeds is as special as Petunia. I guess the first is usually one's pet. Like you,(guessing) mine are works in progress and will always be so since there is not a pressing need to do anything that is dictated by the expectations of others. Sort of a "my game, my rules". Completions of the various collections, museum and whatever will happen eventually and, for me, once something is complete and the pursuit is over, boredom sets in. Thanks for taking the time for your reply.
