I love Phoebe's design, and it's my favorite Uchi design, but if I were to guess what personality type she was by looking at her, I would've guessed snooty. She has an elegant look to her, beautiful make-up, etc., and I get a tomboyish vibe from the Uchi personality. For this same reason, I would've thought Pango was a snooty as well. She has a beautiful, elegant look to her, and I usually see peppies as the more cutesy ones (Bunnie, Peanut, Rosie, etc.)
But I don't feel too very strongly about this, since I try to accept everyone's personalities.
