I saw that guy walking around, he actually did have the gun somewhere. I think he did a good voice for him, and why stick to the base dialog, the heavy doesn't in the valve videos.

There was a scout there with the intel of course, there was a pretty decent sniper outfit I saw, and I assumed every empty place held a spy....
