Buying This "towel"? Can someone help me out? (picture inside)

Visited a dream town, and found this towel/towelette?
I think this is the same face towel you use on April Fools' Day,
but I have no idea how it can be kept?

It's a stretch, but if anyone happens to have one I'm willing to buy it?
If not, any advice on how to get it?

Just looked it up and saw this:
"Also, you are able to keep the towel and still get the villager's picture. Just go outside and drop the towel then go back inside and you'll be offered another =3"

You get it on April Fools day, when the villager gives you the towel, just walk out with it iirc

That's how I got the 12 I'm using as birthday gifts! I got tired of the villagers saying how they'll totally love the gift I got them, only for it later to appear in Re-Tail, and since they don't consider this to be trash, wrapped them up, and started giving them out as b-day gifts!
