This is so not fair

a lot of people pay up to 20mil for characters like marshal, 4mil for rosie is a bargain considering how her popularity has risen over these past couple of weeks.
there's so many ways to earn bells, go to the island and get bugs, plant lots of trees and sell fruits, catch rare fish, or even offer some kind of service for IGB on this forum. people work hard for their towns, do your part to get the dreamies you want.

Good luck! But she is popular and is going to be expensive! Good luck on getting her in campsite though C: Try to cycle if you don't want to pay, thats the challenging way.

I can understand the frustration. When I first joined here I thought the price for villagers was outrageous. But yeah, 4 million for Rosie would be a miracle.

My advice would be to sell turnips, catch rare bugs and fish at the island, and sell perfect fruit! Doing this stuff with friends makes it fun too.

It takes a while to accumulate all the bells you need to buy a popular villager, but it's worth it once they move to your town! Some people on here are kind enough to give villagers away for free, so keep an eye out for any giveaways!

You kidding me? I got Rosie for 5 million and that's a bargain considering how popular she is, people in auctions are willing to bid 10 million+ bells for her, and right now she is ruling Tier 1 (like literally, check the thread c; ).

Good luck in getting her.

Have you tried plot-resetting? If you don't already have a peppy villager, you could try resetting. If you hit a streak of peppys, you might find a plot for her. I've had Rosie's plot show up numerous times whilst plot-resetting. Of course, if you have any peppy villagers, everything I just said is meaningless.

4 mil for Rosie? That is an amazing deal! Tier 1 villagers will almost always in the millions since they are so popular! Don't be discouraged though, one night I was stalking the forms (really late like 2 in morning) and I got 3 of my dreamies! I got Lolly (Tier 1) and Bob (Tier 2) for free! I also got Kid Cat (Tier 2) for around 150 TBT! I was almost in shock of how good these deals were! Cycling threads also help a lot, just lurk for Rosie! What are some of your other villagers? You could try trading...

TLDR; Stalking the forms late at night = 3 dreamies, at tier 1 and tier 2, for almost free!

Hey, I hate to say it, but the high prices are what convinces most people to cheat. I'm not saying that's right, but you can't really blame them.

Well if you don't want to pay high prices go to tumblr there are tons of people who have cycling towns and give tier 1 villagers for free. I got a couple of mine from them. If not there's the villager trade on reddit.

Oh dear, you're gonna be in a lot of trouble if 4 million is too much for a villager.

I would recommend bug hunting on the island stat. Start at around 7pm when the golden stag and all the other rare bugs come out. By the end of the night, you should at least get 1 million with two trips to the island and full baskets, definitely more if you only aim for rare and expensive bugs.mmake sure to catch anything that has a fin in the water too. Grow lots of perfect fruit trees too and sell those and keep replanting when they die. Sell TBT, some people are willing to pay lots of igb in exchange.

Lots of places like tumblr have free villager offers also so check there for Rosie. Stalk the villager thread for any chance you have and good luck.

4 million is not expensive for a Tier 1 villager (she's actually the most popular villager atm from the new tier villager list update). I was fortunate to get her for 2 million + trading some gardening supplies.

An easy way to get money is by going to the island after 7pm like others have said. Just chop the three trees that spawn cheaper beetles. While waiting for beetles to spawn, look out for sharks as those are another good source of bells! I usually leave the island when I get 4 pages filled with beetles/sharks. I haven't gone to the island in months though as investing in turnips is a better way to make money. People on here (in the train station threads) will post if they have turnips at high prices, just invest in a locker full (or a few pages) and go sell your turnips at someone's town who has Reese selling for 400-500! Just don't TT backwards or let your turnips expire. I hope you get Rosie one day c:

4m is actually not so much money when it comes to villager selling... -.- You can get 4m fairly easy.. turnips, bugs, etc. You want Rosie really bad but are not willing to do much for her -.- hmm.. Try harder and you will be rewarded! :D

It really wont take you long at all if you just put a little effort in. Do what the others have said an beetle hunt on the island, or sell turnips. It'll make it even more rewarding getting Rosie after putting some work in. Of course, it would feel good too if she just randomly moved in, a bit of good luck, but you have a better chance of getting her if you do what everyone else does and put in a bit of extra effort to get your bells.

I have Rosie at the moment. Got her through the campsite. She's really cute and all, but if she want to move someday, I'll let her, just to make space for my most wanted villagers! When she'll move one day, I'll most definitely give her away, cause I think it's stupid selling villagers.

Another fairly easy way to make some money is store all the snow people furniture or high priced furniture you don't want and sell when furniture is at premium in your town. I just sold all the ice and festivale furniture I had been hoarding and ended up making $1M. Between that, selling gems at premium, I hoard them too and bug hunting on the island, its fairly easy to ecrue money in this game.

Ever since the start of my favorite game series "Animal Crossing" I always wanted a specific villager, Rosie. Rosie has been my favorite and always will be but why is it that everyone has to bid high money, I mean who the hell has 4mil, I need Rosie so much, as you can tell from my profile. If anyone has Rosie please contact me QUICK, I can not live without her.

Time travel and make useful posts here (never spam) and save up your TBT. 100 tbt goes for around 6 - 8 million bells. I'm a billionaire now after a few weeks from selling my TBT, gardening supplies, orderables, etc...

Selling ores on the forum gets you around 50k - 100k igb each. It's tedious but so worth it!

Good luck getting her, she's my favourite villager as well :).

I got my Rosie for my main town from my cycle town (she was a starting villager there) but as others have said 4 mill really isn't that much and making money is very easy in this game if you do things like fish or bug hunting on the Island at night or play the stalk market. I've made a fortune from selling turnips.
