I would delete that person out of my friends list and move on...you are more than welcome to my town when the gates are open...which doesn't happen as often as it should :/

^this. Free up the friend spot for someone who wants to be there and will play. Don't waste your time on them, they can act how they like on their own time, not yours.

I mean that if you enter the town, that person says "Gotta go" and i say "why" that person said "I hate you" he exited the place "Looks like it's time to go home."
