Thinking About Getting a Second Copy

So I've been thinking about getting a second copy. I'm aiming for a physical copy because digital doesn't seem right to me. Will my original physical copy corrupt? Or can you have multiple physical copies?

You can have multiple physical copies.

you can have one digital and multiple physicals. i honestly am really happy i got a second town, but make sure to stay on your first actively bc villagers will move out.
marshal moved out of mine and im devastated because i talked to him a hundred times, walked in front of him one hundred times, and no pinging at all.

I got a second town and I'm really happy I did! But I decided on the digital download because it's much easier to change games without having to switch cartridges, plus having to remember which one is which. If I had a second DS I would have opted for another physical copy though!

I don't have two copies, but everyone I know that does seems to be very pleased with it. You can use a second town to satisfy resetting itches, as well as create a themed town if you don't have one.
Basically, multiple towns can be very helpful and fun to own!
