Things you'd like to see in a new AC game!

I just want more dialogue/villager interactions. The way it is now gets old really fast. Also, I can barely differentiate between personalities really...all I know is that jocks call me ladybro a lot and that uchi's give me medicine when I've gotten stung by a bee. I'd like a bigger distinction between personalities.

What I'd love to see:
1.) Skin color options: Ugh, how I would love this option. Lol. I tan my character everyday for an hour to maintain a tan/darker skin tone.
2.) Reasonably priced DLC/Expansion packs: I think this would be a cool add-on. Like for example, if any of you play the Sims, then you're familiar with expansion packs. More locations, more items for your character etc. Maybe your character could get a job? Or go to school?
3.) Ability to build fences: This would be cool if you could build large fences to keep hybrids for example, and then have a lockable gate with a key so people/animals couldn't access them.
4.) Better chat system: I would LOVE this one. It's just so hard to type on this game and it would be nice if there was an autocorrect etc. It would also be nice if you could send longer messages too.
