1. A more complex path system; you can use QR codes to make more realistic paths or make a stone/dirt one.
2. Villagers are conscious of what other villagers are around them e.g.: if a snooty villager starts gossiping about another villager and that villager walks by, they'll change the subject quickly
3. Villagers are more suited to their personality e.g.: snooty villagers are actually snooty and etc.
4. Jock & cranky villagers will go outside when sick to pretend that they are strong and healthy.
5. Snooty villagers will be more picky about gifts. For example, if you give them a bad present for their birthday, they'll act stuck up about it.
6. Villagers will run away from bees into their homes and other buildings. When an angry swarm of bees is lurking outside, villagers will lock their doors due to fear.
7. Villagers can get stung by bees.
