I dunno if this was already posted.

I hate the villagers that ask for a house that is exactly one of the facilities. I try skipping them and now I have a bunch of villagers asking for schools and hospitals

I guess you could make different kinds of facilities? Like a school for older students, a school that's more for kids, haunted hospitals instead of a regular one, very specialized restaurants/shops, etc. It's what I plan on doing, anyway.

I wish villagers had more variety in their dialogue. They all seem to have only 1 or 2 lines for each activity they do. Being able to have nicknames the villagers call you and changing their catchphrase would be nice too.

I tend to use a lot of patterns outside and I always run out of space (the amount of items used).

I don't necessarily dislike it, but it'd be way rad if the villagers you scan in while you're visiting could talk and not just do the whistle wave thing. That may be logistically hard or something but I do like how you can dress them up. For example, I scanned in some bun villagers into Bunnie's place and we had a little birthday party

1) You don't get your own house or land
2) You aren't really the focus of the game, like literally the only purpose you serve is to be a mechanical human that slaves away building for animals. It would have been nice if there had been actual logic behind the entire "storyline"/plot of the game.
3) Only one small explorable area (the town..)
4) Should have been a lot more villager dialogue
5) The game is far too easy and you can literally unlock every feature of the game within like 5 minutes (excluding furniture)
6) No compatibility at all with New Leaf... (I thought we were promised the option to carry over your mayor from New Leaf to HHD?)

I agree with the villager dialogue! I want to talk to the Amiibo visitors. They just wave! I think some Streetpass function would be cool too like there is in New Leaf.

I'm sad that the regular old, plain cushion is no longer an item that you can put on tables. I hate it when villagers sit on my cushion-cats because they're on the floor.

I accept that it's a huge challenge for Nintendo to find enough of a variety of theme requests for over 400 villagers, but how many wrestlers and boxers do there need to be? How many sheep need variations on cozy cabins? (Though I do love both sheep villagers and cozy cabins.)

I want more small-sized table options and I want to be able to copy/replicate and rotate multiple pieces of furniture at once.

I'm annoyed that every time I scan a new QR design I have to start from scratch, rather than having the option of reading another right away.

I hate that, if you've already unlocked furniture you might have otherwise gotten from your current client, you have no idea what else they might have come with and can only guess.

I'm extra-cranky that item limits are identical, regardless of the room size you're decorating. It should scale up so you can properly do intricate designs in bigger spaces, like the fully expanded caf?.

Ranting aside, I do enjoy the game. :)

The big thing designing-wise for me is how the house and the trees outside take up space outside of where they are, so you can't plop objects close to them at all. In all Animal Crossing games trees took up the space of their trunk, and you could plant flowers anywhere around them. It doesn't make sense that they wouldn't extend that to this game.

Also, the lack of unlocked objects in the beginning (and onward) oftentimes makes houses hard to design. Especially outdoors, it took me forever to finally get good items for outdoors!

Agreed. The 4 tiled trees is totally stupid. I guess I kinda understand why they did it though (to prevent trees clipping over one another when placed side-by-side).

pretty much what people have already mentioned.
1. when you're at a villager's house, invite someone in, and can't talk to them.
2. how trees take up four tiles (like someone said, it makes sense, but it's really annoying when you want to plant things in between!)
3. too many of the same themes. i have like 4 villagers outside the office right now wanting some kind of sports theme ugh
4. flowers are so hard to unlock!! i mean you get a pretty good starting amount i guess but i don't like most of them and wouldn't use them in new leaf so idk i don't like using them in this game either
5. PWPs/facilities are probably a bit too easy to unlock. there's no real story or progression behind it. after the school, you unlock a group of three. then a whole bunch after that. idk, guess a challenge in that area would've been nice.

I agree with the trees, it's annoying to not be able to put things near them. Another thing that gets me is that you can't put trees and bushes inside if you want to make an outdoor themed room. :(

I don't like the fact that I can't have more flowers outside, I mean come on!
Also I hate the fact that they made a spin off instead of another game (even though I know the next AC game will be on WiiU)

The one thing that bothers me is that we can't change our top. I mean, I understand that we're an employee as a designer b..bu..butttt I wanna change my shirt )):

The fact that, after the release of window/door customization, we're still unable to change the stairs on houses :/

Can't scan QR codes simultaneously

Villager's dialogue are minimal

I hate that you have to save and quit every time you do something. I want to be able to design several houses a day, without having to repeatedly save and quit after every house. I also hate how repetitve the themes are. I've only designed about 30 houses so far, but I've had like five or six cafe themed houses.

I hate having to wearing that jacket.

Do you mean start a new day, or are you actually quitting and re-starting your game? If you choose "continue", it will take you to the next day. (Apologies if I'm misunderstanding!)

I wish they had handled this similarly to the ceiling stuff/tall furniture thing. Where the lamp or whatever won't let you hang it over a bookshelf, but it will let you hang it over a table. If the trees prevented us from planting them next to other trees/tall things, but allowed flowers/bushes/other short things next to the trunk that'd be the swellest.

I am also getting pretty tired of my jacket. In real life it would be pretty smelly by now lolol!

This hasn't been mentioned yet so maybe I am doing it wrong... but I HATE that when I scroll through my furniture and stuff looking for something, it is so hard not to poke something I don't want with my stylus. I end up doing a lot of trashing unneeded items which makes scrolling cumbersome.
