The rules aren't enforced, and when they are people complain. There always has to be so much drama. You should just tell them sit down shut up an listen to the rules. If they don't like the rules, they can leave.

I don't think that's as much as a problem with spam as the actual maturity of the members we have here...especially members that are under thirteen that are probably more likely to make pointless comments.

The ACCF section is. In this section, it's not. I don't think parents would want their nine year old kids on a site with people who are the "censored" junkies and people like mega.

I think the Mod count is fine as it is. Just in my opinion, one of the biggest problems many forums face is that people just don't take the rules that seriously because it's just a Forum for a kids game.
