Has anyone had a birthday yet? Mine is today and I'm actually crying, like tears coming down my face, because the birthday party that gets thrown for you is actually the sweetest and cutest thing ever and now I'm 100% sure I never want Fauna to leave

I'm not going to spoil it for anyone in case they want to be surprised but oh my god this is the best thing to happen all quarantine

my birthday was march 23rd so for some reason i didn't get a party cri
but i recently made a 2nd character and i made their birthday may 10th and time travelled to have the birthday party i missed and it had all my fave villagers ♡♡

also quick question, is it like the first kk concert where you get cornered first thing and then after a bit you can go along playing? just wondering

I can't confirm it completely, because the day before I had made some travels and had stored by wand. So yeah, please dress up nicely the night before your bday just in case, or have the wand hahahahahaha

I know it's a game and all, but the birthday's in Animal Crossing New Leaf and New Horizons always cheer me up because the people around me IRL just generally don't care for birthdays and its just another day to them. I agree to that extent.. but a "Yo, Happy Birthday!" would be nice...

yep, similar to previous games, they take you as soon as you step outside your house!

Happy Bday ^w^ My bday was the day after the game release, 21st, sad story i wasn't allowed to pick up my preorder. So i ended up getting the digital on April 1st, everyone's towns looked so good. I had to time travel oof my island is starting to look actually worked on haha~

omg, when I was campsite cycling I landed on my birthday (Jan 9th) and got to experience it. Dom came and got me and Bam and Kyle were in the house to celebrate. Animal Crossing birthday celebrations have always gotten me because I've had birthdays where people just forget to say anything or my boyfriend at the time was working and I'd be alone, but I'd load into New Leaf and I'd have these cute animal friends celebrating for me. I got a lil emotional with this one because it just took me back to that time and I remembered that, even though this is just a cute game, my villagers have been there for me in times that I've really needed it.

My birthday is today as well!!! I was so happy to see my three best friends at the party they had thrown for me! Ozzie was the villager who greeted me outside my door and his birthday is in a couple days so I'm going to set up a big party area for him and buy him the best present as a thank you!
I also love that you get to hand out the cupcakes afterwards to your villagers. However there are only 6 cupcakes so a few villagers miss out.
