Themed towns!

I am in need of help here, I got a few themes and only one Animal crossing New Leaf, so I have to choose. I'm kind of stuck in the middle of all of them and wanted to know what you guys think sounds the best.

I can make the decision of my own but I really like to have some input if it's even a good idea to start with.

Spooky halloween themed:
A town with a spooky and halloween like theme to it, be themed around the autumn when the trees drop their leaves and during a full moon. Thinking about having villagers like Lucky, Ribbot and so on to give it a feel of a rather scary town. Mayors house thinking about being the castle but made in such a way that it resembles a frankenstein type of castle. Also having the other characters be his minions.

Run by a evil puppet master:
A town that are heavily run by one evil puppet master (the mayor) that forces one of the villagers (Stitches) to do his bidding. The other villagers are going to be villagers such as Pietro(not sure about him though, can he be a puppet even?), Lucky, Ribbot etc everything that has the apperance of a puppet or can fit into that genre. The other playable characters being things that goes well with the whole puppet master evil bidding thing.

A one species town:
I really like the ideas of one species towns and I think it would be cute to make one. Some of my favorite villagers are all from the same species, which is frogs/ducks.

A dreamie town:
Just plain out collecting all my dreamies into one town and go with the flow, no theme nothing. Not caring if they clash with eachother or if they all are of the same personality/species and so on.

Evil puppet master theme, hands down. It sounds so cool!

Out of the themes here, the puppet master is the most original and the most unique. I never heard of anyone having a town theme like that and any town with background lore is an automatic five star from me.

I do recommend villagers like Coco, Muffy, Biskit(because of the eyes), Cube, Poppy and Kiki to match the genre of being puppet-like.

I'm pretty sure I'll be going with the puppet master theme, it feels the most fun to work with and I love the idea. I appriciate the recommended villagers, so far I have on my own come up with Stitches, Coco, Cube, Pietro(don't really know yet if I can make it work...), Ribbot, Raddle(don't know how easy he is to obtain though, but would be perfect as a part of the lore), Lucky, Peck (that bird looks so mindless to me...).

I had a thought about Rasher could fit, but not sure. I will probably go with Biskit and one of the others you reccomended. Probably muffy she looks so puppet like or maybe Kiki.

Edit: Just got Rasher as a starter villager, might be the game trying to tell me something?
