You can always add a new twist to a forest town. I like seeing holiday themed towns with like wood cabins and whatnot for the houses. But I do also enjoy a good spring forest town. I've considered doing one myself in a fourth town, but I'm not confident I could do them as well as other people. ><

You could go for the forest/nature town if that's your thing. I think the suggestions of making it into a zoo (or a farm) would be cute! I like the idea of making a rainbow of flowers and lanterns would be super pretty! As long as you're happy with it, that's what matters tbh.

I personally think they're too common these days. Everyone I follow on tumblr seems to have a forest or fairy town. ._. But that's just me. I do notice that the majority do try to make it their own, so I'm sure you're capable of that. :3

Maybe go for a forest themed town but mix-it up a bit. You could use the forest theme with another theme like forest and fairy-tale theme or a wintery forest theme or you could use a warm forest theme and use only flowers that have warm colours, i.e. orange, red and yellow flowers with the sweet olive bushes.

That's a wonderful idea, I think I am going to mix the forest theme with either snow or zen!

I see lots of forest and fairytale themes that's why I am going to try for a farm theme on acnl and only have "normal" looking animals for my next town. Right now I have a Halloween/OTGW themed town, and I am resetting a Fairytale/Pink town because I didn't like it anymore because it looked just like all the other towns...
