Hm. It could be a little more graphic, like hearing flesh tearing and the scissors squishing around in the bloody flesh or something if you're going for really detailed and gory, but I like it, as is. I think trying to write detailed gore is kind of difficult, because it can get very repetitive, at times, I've noticed. Psychological torture is fun too, if that's something you'd want to play around with, as well ^-^

Banned because hm... well, I'm kind of new to writing gore, but I could try making each death more and more detailed~

Banned because I've seen some well established authors be quite repetitive with they're gore scenes, even in movies. I guess that's why, in the horror novels I have read, the killer ends up having a ritual/ceremony, in the way they kill. In the one I started reading once, the killer always sets the victim on fire in synthetic fibrous clothing, because the clothing will melt to the body, and the fire will make the victim almost unidentifiable.
Ooo, you could look up some horrorcore song lyrics (you don't have to listen to the song xD) and maybe draw ideas from that, if you want.
That would be very neat! I don't think I've read a book that's done that before either.
