@SAM - yes, I would base the price on how hard it is to make. I'll keep you informed. The one mil is just an estimate (hopefully a high one)... I didn't want to lowball the estimate and then find out this one was really hard to make, then hit you with a higher price later.
@Jason - hopefully, they can manage it. They've done several walkways between them, so they should be able to come up with a workable solution. The prices they've set are firm, no added fee for awkwardness lol

@DJ and all the other givers of props - THANKS!! I really appreciate all the feedback, even the negative. It helps me to decide what to do next. This set of patterns is a result of the feedback I got on my last walkways. I changed (or deleted) what people didn't like, and I improved on ideas people did like.

ok, I will open someday for you, I'll PM you when I am open, as being a Multi-Millionaire, I can be quite busy sometimes buying other things and spreading my wealth out to people that need it when I am feeling kind enough to do so.

UPDATE: I added my street pattern to the intermediate price tier (99k bells). I totally forgot how many people wanted those patterns... that includes 5 pieces: one plain asphalt, one top half of the center line, one with the bottom half of the center line, one plain sidewalk, and one sidewalk with "No Running" sign on it.
