The snow melted and it burns

I picked my animal crossing game back up in December. And I honestly don't think I've played very much at all in the past few years between March and November, I'm just busier then. ANYWHO, I went onto my game last night, knowing from my roomies and other tbt people that the snow would be gone...

And it burns! Everything is so green it was almost difficult to look at. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there some kind of setting I can adjust to turn down the brightness?

I mean I was nervous about how it would look because I just did all my landscaping at the beginning of the month. And it looks fine...its just a tad bit blinding.

So help?

On the 3DS main menu, there's a little house/wrench in the upper left corner of the bottom screen (where you change your theme). Go there & scroll down. You can lower or raise the screen brightness.

The green also becomes a bit less vibrant as the weeks progress, not sure why they did it that way (since it's the perfect opposite of what ACTUAL spring is like), but the super saturated colour doesn't last that long
