Kyle was sick yesterday. Yet, I need him outside because I need a smug villager to request a works project. (Plus i'm sick today, so I blame him.) Out of all the days, why get sick now, Kyle?

You can, but it still takes a few days for them to get better.

I think when I time traveled one day from when a villager was sick, he stopped being sick. Don't remember if that is exactly what happened.
