I think I'm the only one who pronounces Uchi like "yoo-chee" despite it being "ooh-chee"
I'm also pretty sure Shari is pronounced "shuh-ree" instead of "shar-ree" .. But hey
Croque's is pronounced "croak" rather than "croe-kyoo" like I've heard people say it
Can't quite work out if Beardo is like bear-doh, or beard-oh .. But it's one of them, haha
Jacques's is pronounced "jhock-ee" (similar J sound to as if you're saying Jacques in a French accent) his pronounciation is related to the fact he's a DJ
I think those are all the ones people get confused with that I can think of

I pronounce it "Shev-er". I'm pretty sure I got that wrong, but It's okay.
Also, I call Croque "Cro-kay". Like the game. I don't really know why, and I know that It's wrong, but it just kinda' happened.
'Jack-ese.', which I also know is wrong.
"Deer-Dray". I butcher too much.

Pekoe - if we're doing the Japanese pronunciation is Peh-ko-eh
Same with Moe, though I'd imagine that's more likely the English(/American?) name pronounced Mow (like sow)

When I see a French name, I pronounce it the French way; when I see a German name, I pronounce it the German way. I always say 'Volfguhng' no matter how silly it sounds
Probably the only French name I make an exception for is Croque, which I think the localisers intended for us to pronounce as 'croak', not 'croc'.
One name in my town that I actually had to check the pronunciation of was Deirdre, which is pronounced 'deer-druh' not 'deer-der'.
For Papi do you guys say 'pappy' or 'paypee'? Or it could even be 'puppy', if it's a European word...
For Cheri do you say 'cherry' or 'sheree'? Which syllable do you emphasise? I'm guessing 'cherry' might be out since there's an actual Cherry...
For Shari do you say 'sha-ree' or 'share-ree'?
For Olaf do you say 'oh-laff' or 'oh-laugh'? If you're in the US though, you probably don't know what I'm talking about :/
For Pango, it rhymes with 'mango', right?? Chuggaa really threw me off with that one.

Pekoe is not a Japanese name. "Pekoe" is an word invented by Thomas Lipton in the 19th century, the man who popularized Orange Pekoe tea, which originates in China.

I don't know if this has been address or not (didn't feel like looking through 8 pages of comments) but for Pecan I say it like Pee-can, but my cousins who have her say it like Pa-cahn. Any thoughts? Is it just like a regional difference?

Beau I say as "bow/boe" (like a hair bow) just because I've heard the term of endearment "beau" pronounced that way.
Merengue I pronounce like the food she's named after and say Mer-ang.
