This is such a good short film, I believe everyone should see this.​

There are a few things to take away from this. Aside from the obvious that it's good to be active and accept others regardless of their differences, it's also a look at how a child can become a bully if they are bullied. We don't view anything prior to this moment of his experience meeting and accepting the puppy, but it's certainly implied. Thanks for sharing. It's a shame that this fell back a few pages without any interest.
