So apparently you can use these to go to a smaller island and recruit villagers? Has anyone tried resetting for a villager that they like? (I can't bc I already used up my free one)

I’m not sure if you can reset for island villagers because the game saves right after you redeem the Nook Miles ticket. I could be wrong though

Uhh, you can't. Because the game saves when you give Orville the ticket and say that you're ready to go.

Anyway, my first villager while I was there was Bangle. I didn't get her, though for obvious dreamy reasonings.

You sadly can't reset but it follows this pattern in terms of the types of villagers you encounter.
Peppy - Normal - Lazy
I invited the peppy and the normal because they were okayish. I'm trying to get Zucker as my Lazy but so far I've been there twice and didn't like the Lazy villagers I met (Stu and Clyde).
I'll give it a few more tries and see if I can get anyone better as I realize that chances of getting Zucker are slim.
If I don't invite a lazy villager, a random one will move in along with the two others you invited.
